Addition

  • Added “Create Invoice” button in fieldservices. Now we can create invoice directly after fieldservices is done.
  • Added invoice status badge in fieldservices to let us know if the job has been invoiced or not.

Improvement

  • Improved “Job Lost status” flow state in job request which should be hidden unless the record is having that status.
  • Improved invoice group inside invoice menu to follow the flow state of the record instead of sorting with ascending alphabet.
  • Improved invoice where the initial status should be “draft” instead of "pending".

Addition

  • When an activity (reminder) is created, it will now appear in the Schedule calendar. When the activity is marked as “Set as Done”, it will display with a strikethrough and be grayed out as an indication it has been completed (previously it was deleted).
  • Automatically generated activities assigned to the responsible user will now include tags: [JR] for Job Requests, [ES] for Estimates, [FS] for Field Services, and [INV] for Invoices. The tags will show in calendar's activity title.
  • Added icons to the Schedule Activity section in the dashboard.
  • When a Field Service task is marked as completed, its calendar activity will now be marked as done instead of being removed.
  • A confirmation pop-up has been added to the Set Complete action in Field Service. If the delivery quantity is set to 0, the pop-up will ask for confirmation before completing the job.

Improvement

  • When a scheduled Field Service task is removed from the calendar view, the schedule start and finish times will be reset so it will reappear in the unassigned Field Service list on the right side of the calendar.
  • Improved handling of invoice_status in Estimates.

New Updates

  • Job Request 
    • Add section and notes into Required Products / Services. It will also be carried over when estimate are created.

  • Estimates
    • Additional lines or revision in Estimates will be reflected in Job Request.
    • When state becomes Approved, it only allows user to edit price and product description. Adding product feature is disabled, unless added from Field Service.

  • Field Service
    • Improvement when changing Delivered quantity, it will change both “delivered” column in picking and estimate.
    • New product or service can be added and will be reflected to Estimate and Job Request, also works for quantity revision.
    • Add section and notes into field services which carried over from job request.

  • Invoice
    • Fix a problem where product added in Field Services doesn’t show in invoice.
    • Auto creation of invoice has been disabled. Invoice needs to be created from Estimates manually.


Bug Fixes

  • Job Request : Fix attachment bug where Job Attachment and Internal Attachment are linking with each other instead of working on its own.
